Sleep over in Emma's room!

Over Spring Break Tal and Emma planned a "sleep over" in Emma's room. Every night this is were they could be found, laughing and rolling around so excited! They loved sleeping together:)

Night...night!

Easter 2012

For Easter this year we found crazy face stickers for our eggs. After a few crazy faces of our own...

We came up with some pretty funny looking eggs.

We had our annual neighborhood Easter Egg hunt. It's such a great tradition. We get to see everyone and make sure we all survived the winter!!!

Kiefer, Kailee, Lydia (and her 2 cousins), Amelia, Koen, Emma, Tal, Alyssa, Davis and little buddy Mason.

All ready for church in the cutest polka dot dress and a new skull tie.

 And a "Daddy Pile!!"

Kansas City Temple trip

Before the Kansas City Temple was dedicated we took our youth over for the open house. It's a beautiful temple! The inside has an olive tree theme. It was a beautiful and wonderful experience.

Side note: Matt in all of his wisdom told us all that we were going to be WAY over dressed....I definitely came out the winner on that one!!!!!
On the trip we also took the kids to Liberty Jail and the Independence visitors center. We all left feeling so grateful for Joseph Smith and those who followed him no matter how hard it was.
Emma loves my YW girls:)

Spidey!!

In his old age Tal is now a Spiderman fan!!!!!

Tal's 4!!

My favorite little buddy turned 4 years old!! We had a perfect "Tal" party down by the Missouri River. He and I spend ALOT of our time down there waiting for the trains to come by!
A heavy duty dump truck and awesome gun from I wonder who...Daddy!!

It definitely turned out to be an pretty amazing "Cars" type birthday with grandma, grandpa, Nate and Jamine knocking it out of the park with every "Cars" figure available!!!!

 One happy 4 year old!

Tal also got a new "Glider Bike." It only has two wheels and no training wheels. I thought it would be great for him to learn to balance on...I just thought he'd need it for longer. I took him 4 days until he was balancing all by himself!!! He's already asking for pedals...:)

Basketball...and Tal

After preschool at the YMCA everyday Tal likes to "shoot a couple hoops!" He's still got it!!

Tal's first field trip!

Tal wen on his first field trip with his YMCA class. To celebrate the beginning of spring all the little buddies made a visit to the local nursery Hillermanns where they saw the new sprouting flowers, played in the sand, checked out the chickens, and planted their own flower to take home. Fun little day!

Tal and Steve with their beautiful flowers!
